Processing Time

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of confirmation. During sale periods or public holidays, dispatch may take slightly longer, and we'll keep you posted if there's any delay.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2 to 3 working days within Kerala and 3 to 5 working days for the rest of India. Delivery estimates can vary based on your location and courier serviceability.

Shipping Charges

We are currently offering free shipping on all orders across India as an introductory offer! Any future changes to shipping charges will always be shown clearly on the cart and checkout pages before you pay.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email and WhatsApp with tracking details so you can follow your package's journey.

We currently ship across India. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your pincode, feel free to message us on WhatsApp before placing your order.

Failed or Delayed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available to receive the package, our courier partner will usually attempt redelivery or hold the package at a nearby facility for pickup. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we'll investigate with our courier partner right away.
