Refund & Return Policy
We want you and your little one to be completely happy with your NuNuz purchase. If something isn't right, here's how our returns and refunds work.
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached, in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as innerwear, socks, and any product marked "Final Sale" on the product page cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, message us on WhatsApp at +91 97784 54293 or email info@nunuz.in with your order number, which starts with "NN-", and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps, including pickup or drop-off arrangements where available.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, or bank account for COD orders, within 5 to 7 business days. Please note it may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or colour instead of a refund, let us know when you request your return. We're happy to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they haven't been shipped yet. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned as per the process above once delivered.
