Privacy Policy

At NuNuz, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

When you shop with us, browse our site, or contact us, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order history, and payment confirmation details. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details — these are processed securely by our payment partner, Cashfree. We also collect basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to help us keep the site secure and working properly.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to your questions, improve our products and website, and — only if you've opted in — send you updates about new arrivals, offers, and promotions. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

Payment Information

All payments on NuNuz are processed through Cashfree Payments, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card numbers, UPI IDs, or net banking credentials on our servers at any time. For Cash on Delivery orders, when available, no payment information is collected online.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart contents saved, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features of the site may not work as intended if you do.

Sharing Your Information

We share your information only where necessary to fulfil your order: with our shipping and courier partners to deliver your package, our payment gateway to process payment, and WhatsApp, SMS, and email service providers to send you order updates. We do not share your data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You can request to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by writing to us at info@nunuz.in. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails and WhatsApp messages at any time using the option provided in those messages.

Children's Privacy

NuNuz sells products for babies and young children, but our website and services are intended for use by adults, meaning parents, guardians, and caregivers making purchases on their behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
