Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery takes 3–5 working days across India.
Shipping is ₹70 inside Kerala and ₹100 outside Kerala. Orders above ₹1000 get free shipping.
We currently ship only within India.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Email hello@nunuz.in with your order number. We will arrange a pickup within 2 working days.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Products
Yes! All our products are made from organic cotton with azo-free dyes, tested for sensitive skin.
We offer sizes from 0–3 months all the way to 2–3 years.
Orders
You can cancel within 2 hours of placing the order by emailing hello@nunuz.in.
Visit /track and enter your order number and email address.
Payment
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets and cash on delivery.
Yes! COD is available across India.
